The long name of this application is intended to give you an idea of how many file formats it supports.
Though the interface can’t be customized, it's pretty neat and intuitive. It doesn’t include any detailed settings or complicated menus, or even any secondary windows. All the available options are in plain sight, displayed in the main window, and anyone can use this application without any problem.
The program comes with predefined profiles for many portable devices (e.g. iPod, iPad, iPhone, Samsung mobile phones, PSP, PS3, Android devices, and so on). Customizing parameters such as the frame rate, bitrate or aspect ratio separately, for each support format, is also possible.
In an end note, this is a decent video converter that doesn’t have any obvious downsides, but it also doesn’t stand out of the crowd. Anyway, it gets the job done and it’s worth a try, mostly thanks to its wide range of supported formats.
Pros
- Can batch-convert multiple files at once
- Supports a wide range of video file formats
- Simple and intuitive interface
Cons
- The interface cannot be customized
- The built-in video player occasionally fails to play MPG videos
